Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LARIMARÉ piece.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on jewelry items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@larimarejewelry.com with your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Eligible for Return

  • Jewelry items in original, unworn condition
  • Items with original packaging and any certificates included
  • Orders placed within the last 14 days

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom and personalised orders — pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned
  • Loose larimar stones — sold as-is; each stone is photographed and described accurately before sale
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage after delivery
  • Orders returned after the 14-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a jewelry piece for a different size or style where available. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability. Exchange shipping is at the buyer's cost for the return leg; we cover shipping on the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
