Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom jewelry orders may require up to 7 business days before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We ship via DHL Express and local postal partners depending on destination and order size.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
We declare all shipments accurately at their full purchase value as required by law.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders ship FOB Dominican Republic. Specific shipping arrangements are agreed upon at the time of order. Contact us at wholesale@larimarejewelry.com for a shipping quote.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@larimarejewelry.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
